Portable lighting made of teak

Groovystuff's new lighting collection will be introduced at the 2010 Dallas International Lighting Market
Indoor and outdoor furniture maker Groovystuff has introduced the Antares lighting collection, made from branches and roots of reclaimed teak. The 14 lamps in the line include bleached and dark finishes, and designs include styles with and without shades.
Antares celebrates the natural shapes, tones and textures found in reclaimed teak, says designer Chris Bruning. Limbs are assembled horizontally, planted vertically and even woven into spheres. See the collection at the Dallas International Lighting Market Jan. 14 to 18, 2010.
