Our lids are cut from 3/4" wood, cut by myself and then I personally paint all of them, for show and for the orders.
We seal each lid with a gloss finish spray so they are able to be wiped off if they get dirty.
Then when we ship each lid is wrapped with shrink wrap before we ship them, to protect them from scratches.
We have had orders where we personalize with saying's, dates,colors Etc.
