Mushroom Village Plate

Another Fantasy Mushroom Plate..
Created for one of my 3 favorite daughter-in-laws...
Joyce loves me to paint mushrooms for her, so I created this plate
for her
I have 5 funky mushrooms, 1 has their last name on it, 5 of them have eyes peeping through the darkness, 2 ladybugs nesting under the mushrooms.
I love how the black background set off the colors, they almost have a florescent glow to them.

When we cut yard art patterns we use 1/2" AC Plywood....Smooth surface for painting, on one side. We cut the design, use a good wood seal first, transfer the pattern, paint and when finished use a good high gloss (non yellowing) varnish for protection.
