This blog is jus to plug my website, I have worked very hard to build this site www.jusbcuzdezins.com
I take pride in every thing I create. I have so much to offer from my website. You can order anything from Full size milk cans to small wood cutouts.
I hand paint every order that I sell and I ship orders out within a week of the order.(Unless other wise explained) I take care and pride in each and every order placed. I let you know I recieved the order and when the order ships
You can order place mats, wood cutouts, kitchen items including cookie jar lids, paper towel holders, magnets, wall hangings, plaques, kleenex boxes, aprons, holiday items including wreaths, shelf sitters, decorations for all seasons
my usable items are things like cases, flower pots, ect.I hand paint every item and all items are originals
I only paint 6 of any one item because I don't want mass production on my items

74. Marble Magnets

MATERIALS

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a paper punch, cut out decorative paper rounds. Since the marbles are irregularly shaped, you may have to trim the rounds to match. You can also trace the glass marble onto the paper using a pencil and cut out the shape.
Using Sobo glue (or clear silicone adhesive), affix the printed side of the paper to a glass marble. Let the glue dry, and press out any bubbles.
Using super glue, affix a magnet to the back of the paper. Let dry a few hours before using. Packaged in small boxes or tins, the magnets make wonderful gifts.
Package the magnets in a recycled tin (like an altoids tin) for gifting

66. Soda Can Pins

MATERIALS

INSTRUCTIONS

First get an empty, cleaned soda pop can. And take the top off of it with a can opener.
Once the top is off, cut the pop can down the center.
Now cut the bottom end off the pop can.
You can take a brayer to flaten out the metal of the soda pop can.
Now place the flatten soda can metal down on the plastic board of your sizzix machine. Place your favorite die right on top. (If you don't have a sizzix machine, draw the shape you'd like to cut out, directly on the can & cut with scissors.)
pull down on the handle to die cut the shape out of the soda can.
do the same thing with a foam sheet (the foam needs to be the same size and shape as your soda can design)
take your 2 cut shapes , one soda can shape and one foam shape, and glue them togther.
Once it is dried you can glue a pin back on or a magnet to the back side (the foam side)

53. Bottle Cap Magnets

MATERIALS:

DIRECTIONS:

Cut your image(s) to fit inside the bottle cap.
Using the white glue, adhere image to the inside of cap - make sure the image is smooth and there are no air bubbles or wrinkles
place a little glue on top of the image, smooth, and let dry
Cover image with EnviroTex, or varnish and let cure for 24 hours (make sure you follow the directions on the label).
Using the glue gun, attach the magnet to the bottle cap

* You can also drill a small hole in the top of the magnet & attach a small O-ring for a cord (to make a necklace) or a key chain

47. Wallpaper Crafts

WALLPAPER BOOKMARKS

Cut wallpaper into strips measuring approx. 1 1/2" x 6"
place in laminating pouches, laminate
trim bookmarks, leaving about 1/4" around sides and bottom, and 1/2" at top
punch hole at top and thread with ribbon.

WALLPAPER MAGNETS

Cut wallpaper to desired size and shape
adhere to magnets
package magnets in sets to give as gifts

WALLPAPER COASTERS

Cut Wallpaper in 4" x 4" squares. if you like, round the corners off
place into lamination pouches and run through the laminator
trim lamination, leaving at least a 1/4" border
bundle into sets of 4 or 6, tie off with a ribbon or make a paper sleeve (see above)

MATERIALS

FOR THE GARDENER

print out downloadable artwork from HP.com
trim the images out, leaving 1/4 inch boarder
peal off adhesive backing from magnetic sheet & adhere the trimmed images to the sheet
trim magnetic sheet to size
if you like, seal the image with sticky-back sheet laminate.

FOR THE WORDSMITH
You can create your own magnetic poetry

write or print out a list of words
adhere the list to the magnetic sheet
cut the words/magnet to size
