This St. Patrick's Day, Watch the Movie Darby O'Gill and the Little People

A hugely popular classic, Darby O'Gill and the Little People is a wonderful St. Patrick's Day movie starring some talented actors and actresses that you will recognize including Albert Sharpe, Janet Munro and a very youthful Sean Connery, who actually sings in this movie.

The story? It is of a caretaker who has gotten on in years and who is more interested in having a good time then actually doing the work he is supposed to do. When he is replaced, he realizes that he may be displaced soon and he grabs at three 'chances' when they offer themselves.

It is not necessarily traditional to give gifts on St. Patrick's Day, but this might be the year to start. This top-rated movie, with its 123 five-star Amazon customer reviews, would be an excellent gift choice for any family on your gift buying list. Yes, it is on mine.
